PROBLEMS WITH THE INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM

HELLO Readers!! Today I am going to tell you about my observations regarding our education system. You may agree or disagree about my opinions so, feel free to share your thoughts.😊😊

So, I am sure that you hear that Once upon a time, India was the VISHVAGURU!!♚♚ why once upon a time why not today also...?

It is said that because of British rule, our education system has been damaged which is true up to some extent. But my question is; this year we are celebrating ‘AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV’ which means 75 years of independence. According to me, it is already enough time to bring reform in any system, isn’t it…? But there is a requirement for political will. which is lacking in India. Expenditure on education teacher’s training, and infrastructure is not in adequate quantity. Our respected political leaders and businessmen often make a statement that India is the best ; if this is true then my question to them is why do they send their children abroad for higher education. Because somewhere they know that we have colleges which are providing degrees, not jobs.

Our education system is focusing on quantitative education, not on qualitative education. Of course, there are some colleges like TISS, IITs, NITs, AIIMS, etc which are excellent but unfortunately, everyone has not got the opportunity to enroll in these institution. So, it is the responsibility of our system to provide such education which provides jobs not only degrees. I have many friends who have degree in a particular field and they do jobs in such field where their degree has no use. So, we have to focus on this.

In India, our education revolves around MARKS, not around skills. My opinion on this is if someone has the skill, then he/she will never be going to forget that at any point in his/her life. And skill is going to help that child to make his/her carrier. It is not necessary that if your child is poor in studies that means she/he will get fail in her/his carrier. While thinking about this we have to remember personalities like Amir Khan, Dheerubhai, Sachin Tendulkar, etc.

Some carrier choices are fixed in our society. Like Doctors, engineers, CA, IAS, and IPS. Etc. If you are not going to become one of them then society will consider looser to you. I said Kyu bhai...? why someone can’t become a singer? An actor? A politician? A farmer? So here we must break our boundaries while thinking about this.

there are other problems also which I will share with you guys in my next blog … Till then happy reading!!

GIRL'S EXPECTATION FROM HER LIFE PARTNER

Every girl has a dream of getting married to a guy who takes care of her. In India, we are living in a patriarchal society where a girl has to leave her home after marriage. In a 2018 survey of more than 160,000 households, 93% of married Indians said that their was an arranged marriage. That means a girl is getting ready to leave her loved ones just for one guy who is even not well-known to her. And the motivation behind this is just hope; that this man in her life will never be going to leave her and hold her hands in every ups and downs of life.

She wants unconditional love from her partner. If she is not feeling well then by asking her for medicine man can make a smile on her face. If someone chooses to become a homemaker by sacrificing her carrier then she wants to not take her homemaking job just for granted as it is one of the toughest jobs in this world. She wants that her partner should respect her decision and give her space to explore herself. She wants to contribute to her new family in her way and wants to make everyone happy. She wants that man should give equal respect and love to her parents as she will give his parents.  She wants that man should support her carrier, she wants to make him her best friend moreover than a husband with whom she can discuss everything. She wants surety that he will be always there for her if she commits any mistake. That's it.
